Product Description
Chinastar laminated glass is formed as a sandwich of 2 sheets of glass, between which is bonded together with a tough and thermoplastic polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer under heating and pressure. Chinastar make the laminated glasswith various of combination as clear and/or titned float glass, clear and/or colored PVB film to meet any specialized request and application. We have the full series of equipment to make the glass laminated as Flat, Bending, Curved and Tempered, also the Bullet Proof glass etc..

Avoids potential cuts and injuries as a result of broken glass (for example used in doors, table tops, shower screens etc).
Laminated glass: assembled using a single plastic film.
Basic protection
Provides protection against the risk of injuries due to accidental breakage (for example windows or patio doors)
Laminated glass: assembled using two or more plastic films. enhanced protection
Provides protection against a change in level and objects falling on to or penetrating the glass.
The pieces of glass stay in place, stuck to the plastic interlayers, until a replacement arrives.
