At China Star, we produce Heat-Strengthened Glass, offering a balance between standard and tempered glass. Our manufacturing process involves heating the glass to about 600°C and then slowly cooling it, which strengthens the glass to 1 to 2 times that of ordinary float glass while enhancing thermal shock resistance.

Our Heat-Strengthened Glass avoids the common pitfalls of tempered glass, such as poor flatness and spontaneous breakage risks. Should it break, it shatters in a safer pattern, reducing the risk of falling debris.
