Our aluminum mirrors are crafted from premium float glass, which is meticulously cleaned with pure water and polished to ensure a flawless surface. After drying, the glass enters our coating chamber where, under a high vacuum, we utilize magnetron sputtering technology to deposit a layer of aluminum. This process is followed by a swift oxidation reaction, resulting in a dense and stable aluminum film reflective layer on the glass surface.
Subsequently, our mirrors undergo a series of applications with corrosion-resistant and waterproof hardening coatings, creating a protective layer that offers perfect protection to the aluminum film. The mirrors are then conveyed along the production line for an extended period, where they are fully dried in a single, continuous process.
Drawing on advanced sputtering coating technology principles from international Low-E glass production lines, and integrating the coating and drying techniques of protective lacquer from traditional silver mirror production, China Star has optimized these methods to form the latest technological model. The high-reflectivity aluminum mirrors we produce are characterized by the absence of aluminum spots, black spots, paint spots, and blemishes, effectively overcoming common quality issues found in traditional aluminum mirror manufacturing.
